Bio: 

• Used to work in Tavendale as a lumberjack, but due to an unfortunate series of events by our group, Zanross jumped off a bridge to avoid being murdered by a crazed mob.

• After surviving the fall, he made his way back to Ljustad and was given a job by the Helmskog’s in the shipping quarters.

Special Notes: 

• We still don’t know what he knew about cultists’ plot. In hindsight, it was probably nothing worth destroying his life over.

Bio: 

• Attacked the group in the middle of the night for supplies, but was quickly overpowered. 

• He tells the group of how his village, Faustin, was destroyed by fire elementals that were being controlled by orcs.

• Feeling pity for him, the group escorted him to Tavendale and set him up with the local blacksmith as an apprentice.

Special Notes: 

• His name isn’t really Justin. 

• The group renamed him because they were too lazy to ask him his real name.

Bio: 

• Employed by the Helmskog’s, Marcus was tasked with reporting any problems within Tavendale, and specifically, it’s forests.

• At some point Marcus became a cultist and helped them in their plot to “corrupt the forest”.

• Marcus was expecting a female visitor named “M” to visit him at the cabin.

• The group tried to only knock Marcus out, but the rest of the corrupted hunting guild, put an arrow through his head and killed him. 

Special Notes: 

• A magical minecart ran from the cavern where Annika was going to be sacrificed to the basement of Marcus’ house.

• It did look like some kind of struggle had taken place in Marcus’ home, leading the group to be very confused about his willingness to be part of the cultists’ plot.

• Don’t take food from strangers! Marcus invited the group to eat with him and poisoned all the food, knocking out everybody but Helwyn.
